The American Institute of Balance is currently hiring ADJUNCT FACULTY to assist with teaching/teaching-related duties. AIB is a global healthcare company based in Tampa, Florida. It is internationally recognized as the proven leader in the evaluation, treatment, and education of Vestibular and Equilibrium Science and Concussion Management.

Responsibilities may include any of the following: provide classroom assistance through lectures and a variety of laboratory-based activities, facilitate small group break-out sessions/group discussions, serve as a liaison between students and primary faculty, maintain a supportive and safe classroom/laboratory environment, assist with evaluating student performance/assessments, and provide ancillary support services for instructors as needed.

Time commitment: Availability to teach onsite at AIB in Tampa, FL on Friday from 8-6 pm, and/or availability to assist with offsite teaching on the weekends (8 am-6 pm). Nationwide locations may include Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. The schedule will vary by course and instructor.

The minimum education requirements for this position are:

  • Earned entry-level degree as a DPT or OT
  • Licensed provider
  • Relevant clinical experience in the field of physical or occupational therapy.
