Kelly Clark, PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Kelly Clark earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from High Point University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her neurologic residency with Baylor Scott & White and Texas Woman’s University, later obtaining board certification as a Neurologic Certified Specialist (NCS). Dr. Clark is also certified in Vestibular and Concussion Management through the American Institute of Balance.

Dr. Clark specializes in neurologic rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, and program development, with a strong commitment to clinician education and improving the continuum of care for patients with complex neurologic conditions.
