Alfarghal Mohamad is both a medical doctor specialized in audiovestibular medicine (Egypt) and doctor of audiology (USA). His medical background includes Neurology, ENT and Audiovestibular medicine. His audiology competencies extend all over the scope of practice. He has an outstanding experience  in clinical evaluation and management of dizzy patients as well as the instrumental testing including Videonystgmography, Video Head Impulse Test  , Functional Head Impulse Test , Cervical and Ocular VEMP testing , ECochG and ABR testing . His areas of expertise include  diagnosis and management  of Acute Vertigo ,  BPPV including complicated forms , Vestibular Migraine , Vestibular Neuritis , Meniere’s disease , Central Vestibular Disorders and Vestibulotoxicity , He works  with all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics , and  has more than 15 years of clinical experience.  He is currently in charge of Hearing and Balance clinic at King Abdul Aziz Medical City-Jeddah (KSA) and at the same time a faculty at King Saudi University for Health Sciences (KSA). Alfarghal has long experience in teaching vestibular courses for ENT residents, audiologists, physical and occupational therapists as well as family medicine residents. He published articles and wrote book chapters, and he is a regular speaker at regional and international conferences.
