D'Essence Hampton

Dr. Hampton received her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from Samford University. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The University of Alabama, pursuing a major in Communicative Disorders and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Dr. Hampton completed her residency training at Hearing Doctors, an AIB Center of Specialty Care in the Washington metropolitan area. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-A) from The American Speech Language Hearing Association, is Board certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA), and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA).

Dr. Hampton’s primary interests include diagnosing and rehabilitating vestibular and balance disorders throughout the lifespan. She is passionate about developing treatment plans tailored to address her patients’ concerns as they progress to a better quality of life.
