The IHTC program was developed in collaboration with the University of New England – College of
Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) in response to the growing need to reach the millions of children
and adults around the world who are in need hearing health and enhances the local economy by the
creation of new jobs. This program is accessible online and it is geared towards individuals who will
help professional providers such as audiologists, otolaryngologists, or another qualified physician and
are taught in English and Spanish by an international faculty, with more languages to follow.
AICME is currently seeking innovative partnerships with individuals, corporations, foundations,
professional societies, faith-based groups, universities, and governments who would like to provide
funding or scholarships to underserved countries.

The Certificate in Fall Rick Management (FRM) is an inter-professional online certificate program for
service providers, care givers and administrators of programs working with older adults in the health,
social services, adult living and nursing industry. The Certificate is granted through the University of New
England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) and The American Institute of Balance Education
Foundation (AIB Education Foundation). All courses are accessible online through The American Institute
of Continuing Medical Education’s web-based educational platform.
